DIRECTIONS
From Prest Road (located in the Valley below), turn to head east on Bailey Road. Proceed for 0.7 km until the junction with Elk View Road. Keep to the right and proceed up the mountain on Elk View Road. Continue on Elk View Road for approximately 3.5 km until it intersects with Payne Road. Turn onto Payne Road and proceed for 0.7 km at which point, the Driveway easement will be on the north side of the road. You can park your vehicle inside the first gate (be sure not to obstruct the neighbouring driveway). Proceed northerly along the grassy easement until you meet a second steel gate. This will be the south east corner of the property.

Chilliwack serves as the gateway to the Lower Mainland. With 100,000 residents, Chilliwack is an economically burgeoning city. The city is made up of several amalgamated villages and communities. The urban core has a decidedly north-south axis bisected by the Trans-Canada Highway. The city is bounded in the north by the Fraser River, in the east by the Eastern Hillsides, in the south by the Canada-US border, and in the west by the Vedder Canal.
